Finished commission for Sylveon17. Hope you like it! I haven't drawn a breezie before, so this was a first. He was fun, though! I like his translucent wings and how his colour palette is that of an emperor/king/rockhopper penguin.

Also, that's not his leg ya see in front of his left rear leg, it's his sheath xD help me
